It’s Good, It’s Gooooood

Today (Wed. 5/16) was a pretty darn good day. Things weren’t crazy at the office. I got a sizable monetary “bonus” for “taking on extra responsibilities without complaint” from the boss. I took Katie out to lunch at Schlotzsky’s. I picked up some new movies (Rocky Balboa, The Departed, and Casino Royale) from Blockbuster off their 3 for $20 shelves. I ate pizza with Katie for dinner and watched The Pursuit of Happyness with her (it was one of the movies she picked out at Blockbuster). After the movie I helped her a little bit with some teacher applications and took her home for the night. All in all today went pretty well if I do say so myself, let’s hope the rest of the week looks up.
