Katie and I closed on our first house yesterday after lunch. The picture above was taken from Google Maps because I left the camera at home that had all the pictures on it. It’s a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage house with 1,982 sq. ft. of space.
We were very blessed to get a great deal on it in an equally great neighborhood with Frisco ISD schools even though the city is Little Elm. We’ll update everyone with new pictures once we’ve had a chance to get the yard and flower bed under control because since it was in foreclosure the landscaping was a little lax.
We plan to get in right away and start painting and cleaning the carpets this weekend and begin moving in two to three weeks from now just in time for my brother to visit from Italy.

Yeah, and to break in the yard, you will have to confiscate your Aggie golf set you left at our house that we have continued to use.
We may make it out there sometime during the summer and we will definitely snag the Aggie golf set.
