Bring some freakin’ cold weather. Leave it to West Texas to have a white Easter instead of a white Christmas. On Saturday there was a little over two inches of snowfall in southern Lubbock with more accumulation in other parts. This was easily the latest in the year I have ever experienced snow, even outdoing 2003. Then it was April 1st or close to it I believe. I woke up to a nice blanket on the ground with it continuing ’til around lunch time, no pictures this time, I figured I had enough pictures of snow from this winter… so yeah, more snow in Lubbock helping to emphasize the coldest winter I’ve had in Texas so far.
