On Saturday September Second Two Thousand Six I will miss my first Texas Tech home football game since the Nebraska game in 2000. I will be attending the Kevin Morris/Mary Krile wedding at 7pm at St. Elizabeth’s. The game starts at 6pm so there is no way that I will get to attend this game in any form or fashion. However, I put Andy in charge of texting me score by score updates while I’m at the wedding and reception so that Katie and I can keep up to date on the game against SMew (SMU).

By now I’m sure you are trying to guess what ‘1/3 Gone’ refers to. That just happens to be the amount of Tech home games that will be missing from my life this year. I will also not be attending the Nov. 18 game when Okie Lite (OSU) comes to town. But that game I am MUCH less perturbed about. It just so happens that I will be out of the country visiting my brother in Italy during that time.

So that leaves me with two tickets out of six (1/3) that I will not be using this season. So anyone wanting to purchase them from me for themselves, or a friend, is more than welcome to.
